TAYSEER FULL-TIME QURʾĀN MEMORIZATION PROGRAM INFORMATION PACKAGE 2019 "And We have made the Qur'an easy to remember, but will anyone take heed?" The Qurʾān Surah al-qamar 54:17 It will be said to the companions of the Quran [on the Day of Judgment], Read and increase in status, recite as you used to recite in the world, for your status [in Paradise] will be at the last verse you recite. Mission All Muslims aspire to improve the relationship with their Creator by improving the recitation of the Qurʾān. The Tayseer Qurʾān program exists to facilitate the growth of this relationship. Vision Spiritually elevate every Muslim in Knoxville through the recitation of the Qurʾān without Laḥn (mistakes). Introduction The preservation of the Qurʾān was the primary focus and objective of the first community of Islam (under the Khulafāʾ al-rāshidūn) after the departure of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him. They were the direct inheritors of revelation given to the Prophet Muhammad (the Qurʾān and Sunnah) and became the means of ensuring the preservation and unity of the ummah through worship as institutionalized by Prophet Muhammad.
